Based on the style of Vinyasa flow, which is a series of asanas or postures which flow from one pose to another. Class consists of a warm up, work, balance and cool down with deep stretching.
This will help become familiar with basics like Sun Salutations and Pranayama or breathwork, great for all levels of yoginis- offering many advanced poses with modifications for beginners while also challenging and deepening practice for intermediate students.
This class helps improve circulation, boost energy, reduce stress while stretching and sculpting muscles. Recharges the spirit, awakens the senses and challenges all muscle groups for a unique and uplifting mind body experience.
